Testimonials
Anaise
Excellent training, safety, poses, variations and practical application. Even though I have not been practicing aerial yoga for very long, I feel fully confident in my ability to lead a class after this training. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and so much fun. What an amazing program! 100% highly recommend! :)

I really enjoyed how the various aspects of teaching aerial yoga was broken down into digestible parts. The practice teaching as very helpful as aerial is a whole different type of cueing. I am thankful for the opportunity to learn from Movement Lounge.

I was nervous to step out of my comfort zone with Aerial Teacher Training, but I am so glad I did! The philosophy of this embodied training so aligned with my values. The instructors are so knowledgeable and genuinely invested in the success of everyone in the room. It felt like such a nurturing space to learn and grow, and it’s been SO FUN applying my new skills to students!
