Heated Power Flow

We are turning up the heat with our Heated Power Flow class! This class will have you sweating with fast-paced flows that link breath to movement through dynamic and challenging sequences.This class is designed to build strength, increase stamina, and leave you feeling invigorated with the power you’ll create in your mind and body.
All Levels Welcome
Room heated between 90-95 degrees

Vinyasa

Heated and Unheated Options Available

This invigorating and dynamic class is designed for everyone! Flow through creative sequences that link breath with movement, building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness along the way. Each session offers modifications and variations to suit your needs, ensuring a practice that feels accessible, challenging, and joyful. Whether you’re looking to energize your body, calm your mind, or deepen your practice, this all-levels vinyasa class will do the trick! Come as you are and flow with us! This is a great class to start with if you are dipping your toes into a more physically challenging practice.

Cardio Dance Fitness

Want to spice up your cardio routine? Let's dance it out with a hip hop, latin infused cardio dance fitness class. No dance experience is required! Get ready to step, shimmy, laugh, and sweat with friends! All levels welcome!

Restorative Yoga

This class includes gentle floor-based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully in each posture. We will start to slow down the mental activity of the brain, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system's healing capacity.

Heated Yoga Sculpt

Our heated Yoga Sculpt classes are intended to give you a challenging, yet low-impact workout! These classes will include the perfect blend of vinyasa yoga flow with strength training exercises to create a full-body workout. This class utilizes optional hand weights & resistance bands with creative sequencing to intensify each yoga pose. You can count on a good workout, with a blissful savasana to get you ready to face the day ahead.

Yin Yoga

Join us for a 60-minute Yin Yoga class to wind down from your day. We guide you through, long-held stretches targeting the deep connective tissues and fascia of your body. This class can help you to let go of tension, enhance flexibility, and quiet your mind. Yin Yoga is based on traditional Chinese Medicine and includes poses that are held for a longer period of time - typically 3-5 minutes.

Gentle Movement + Meditation

This class is a combination of movement & meditation.
We’ll take things slower as we open our bodies through passive stretching. Think long holds with extra props to help us ease into mental, physical and emotional relaxation. Gentle Flow will help the nervous system slow your heart rate down and increase blood flow to your vital organs resulting in deeper sleep, better immune system function and overall improved well-being. How often do you get to lay in a dark room with zero responsibilities just chill vibes?
