200HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
March 2026 | Nashville, TN

Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive, inclusive program designed for students who want to deepen their personal practice and for those feeling called to teach. This Yoga Alliance accredited training goes beyond memorizing poses or sequences. We focus on how bodies actually move, how nervous systems respond, and how to teach in a way that is accessible, ethical, and empowering. You will study anatomy, biomechanics, sequencing, philosophy, breathwork, and cueing while developing your own authentic teaching voice. Whether you plan to teach publicly, privately, or simply want a richer understanding of yoga, this training offers a supportive, real world education rooted in curiosity, autonomy, and sustainable movement.

OVERVIEW
This training takes place over 10 weekends and is rooted in a creative vinyasa methodology that blends strong foundations with freedom of expression. Trainees will learn how to confidently teach the class formats vinyasa flow, power flow, slow/gentle flow, and gain an introduction to the basics of Yin and Restorative yoga. Equal emphasis is placed on safe sequencing, thoughtful cueing, anatomy, philosophy, energetics, and the art of holding space.

TESTIMONIAL
Anaise
Excellent training, safety, poses, variations and practical application. Even though I have not been practicing aerial yoga for very long, I feel fully confident in my ability to lead a class after this training. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and so much fun. What an amazing program! 100% highly recommend! :)

Meghan
I really enjoyed how the various aspects of teaching aerial yoga was broken down into digestible parts. The practice teaching as very helpful as aerial is a whole different type of cueing. I am thankful for the opportunity to learn from Movement Lounge.

I was nervous to step out of my comfort zone with Aerial Teacher Training, but I am so glad I did! The philosophy of this embodied training so aligned with my values. The instructors are so knowledgeable and genuinely invested in the success of everyone in the room. It felt like such a nurturing space to learn and grow, and it’s been SO FUN applying my new skills to students!
